Real estate, especially at the Lake, has never been just about buying and selling property to me. It’s about relationships, trust, and being the person my clients know they can count on long after closing day. After more than 30 years of selling real estate in the Lake area, I’ve learned that the most important part of this business isn’t the transaction — it’s the people behind it.
I’m the agent clients call when they accidentally get locked out and are stranded on the deck at 10:45 on a Friday night, when a mom and daughter are stuck in the middle of a cove and need help getting back safely, or when a condo floods in the middle of a transaction and someone needs to coordinate the right people quickly to keep the deal together.
I’m not the kind of agent who sells you a house, hands over the keys, and disappears. I’m the kind who checks in long after closing, shows up when it matters, and wants clients to feel taken care of every step of the way — sometimes with homemade brown butter chocolate chip cookies waiting when they come to town.
